Origin(ator) Story
It all started when Parker Borofsky, a hospitality management and recruiting expert, decided it was time for a career change. Inspired by her own home-buying process, Parker became a mortgage loan originator in March 2016, with a knack for helping those who needed it the most – she could solve the most complex transactions.
Parker quickly discovered that originating loans seemed to be her superpower and earned the Knoxville Mortgage Banker’s Association Rookie of the Year award in 2017, followed by the Silver award in 2018, and Platinum in 2019 and 2020, while achieving the Top Producer award in 2021 and 2022.
By 2018, Parker had become a short-term rental investor with a portfolio of three properties. Of course, this wouldn’t be possible on her own. Parker brought Melissa Knight on board in 2017, and she has been her Senior LOA, Pipeline Manager, and right-hand ever since.
Lisa Fuller joined the team in the spring of 2021 and has been not only an excellent LOA but also the best appraisal wrangler in the country.
